Sadly, they have removed it. Only the ready-made plans remain. If you have a custom plan now you can keep it, but until further notice, they are no longer available.
Where did the custom plan option go? I can’t find it since they updated the website
Unfortunately, PM decided to retire the custom plan option. However, if you are on the custom plan you will be grandfathered in as long as you stay on your plan.
