I'm having problems and need help  how do I get a ticket as I can't get it to work

If you want to contact them, just create a ticket on SIMon Chatbot on the bottom of the page or private message on the envelope icon above.

Further to your other thread earlier that people aren't following along with:

follow the above methods. When you get through to the ticketing forms, you'll log in with your community login and then it gives you the option of your account login or your pin. I've had better luck with the pin option. If you don't remember it then if you can log in to your account then you can change it there.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

but if you want to go head open ticket, here are the ways

 

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
