Hello, I purchased a Pre owned IPhone 8 on March 26, 2022 from Public Mobile add indicating I will receive a $20 credit on my account. I haven't seen the credit on my account yet. Can you please confirm when I will receive credit.

I would wait until first week of May and if it is still not there you can reach out to a CSA to get an ETA on releasing the credit.

Credit is given within 30 days of purchase assuming you have used same email as your self-serving PM account.
One more day before you can start chasing agents for your $.

Did you use the same email account for the purchase as is your self-serve account? If you did, and you do not see the credit within 30 days of purchase, I would contact public mobile customer support agents.

Did you use your account email when you bought the phone? And then it says it won't be paid until the last week of April. So, soon.
