Trying to update credit card info but app and website not functioning correctly.
On website, only the postal code box allows me to enter data.
The app just flips back to log in window after I log in. Total time waster for simplest thing

if all else fails, click the orange chat bubble on lower right side of page to start process of gaining Customer Support.
Alternative, you should use this link to direct message Customer Support.

Try browser with Incognito mode, and for App , try uninstall and reinstall
