@Paulthepet , from what I can tell Public Mobile does not allow freehand entry of the address without a location check. You need to enable location permission and the system will check the address as it is being entered to confirm the address is valid.

is this an apartment? is it just the apartment number causing the issue?
and yes, some new addresses might not be there, might take time
but you probably still need it for the credit card payment to process. Check with PM support and see what they suggest , or if they can add the address to the database.
