Can not update credit card nor address. Is there a real person I can speak with and not texted

@Simon_G_H - we are customers and members like you here. Ways to contact Public Mobile Customer Support (CSA), are through typing not speaking, below:
1-Normally Faster - use this link to: Get Help With Public Mobile Chatbot], also found in various places in Public webpages, OR
2-go to your envelope at the top right of your Community Account which is where your Inbox and Sent messages are. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message. Type CS_Agent in the SEND TO box. This will create a private message to Public Mobile Customer Support.

PM is an online service so communication is all done by private messaging.
Did you create a Eversafe ID account? If not, you need to create one first before login to your account to change the CC & address. Click on Sign Up and create an ID. Note that the email on this Community will be merged to your account email.

did you get an error or you cannot find where to update?
if you got an error wait a full hour first before trying again
To update address, go to Profile, click on the pencil beside your name. When you enter your address, start with the street number and part of the street name and let the lookup to finish it for you
For credit card, go to Payment Page, click Manage Subscription and click Update Payment method
