It has been over a week since my credit card was charged for "services" but my SIM card has failed to activiate. I pm'ed the mods and there are no replies. Anyone experieincing the same problem and how should i resolve this?

It has been almost two weeks and I still have not got any help on this issue. Can some of the mods please reply.

This is for porting an existing number from Wind. I actually did it for two different sim cards. Exact same process, one worked and one failed. I'm baffled on why one of them failed. I have also created a ticket last week but have got no replies since then.

@Khamarios Unforunately many people are experiencing this, the mods are very backlogged right now, but will get to you. If its been a week you can definitely send a follow up with the mods. Your start will be pushed to whenever your services actually started working.
