It has been over a week since my credit card was charged for "services" but my SIM card has failed to activiate. I pm'ed the mods and there are no replies. Anyone experieincing the same problem and how should i resolve this?
This is for porting an existing number from Wind. I actually did it for two different sim cards. Exact same process, one worked and one failed. I'm baffled on why one of them failed. I have also created a ticket last week but have got no replies ...
