My credit card has been charged to purchase monthly balance but account still showing suspended. I have created support ticket but no reply…Any leads? Thanks

This isn’t first time i am not recharging. That’s how i have done before. Moreover i can see support ticket in sent items. Thanks

1. After payment, you need to click the "reactivate current plan' link to get your account working again after login to your self-server PM account.
2. Check your SENT box for your support ticket message around 10 hours ago. if you cannot find any ticket in your SENT box, you had not create a support ticket. Create another support ticket and check the SENT box for the newly crested ticket . CS_Agent will contact you in the morning.

just for kicks...log in on a laptop but use incognito mode...then try this...
Does it still show as Suspended or does it show a new batch of talk, text and data ?

@atifjaved how long you opened the ticket? they usually reply within couple hours. did you check Community inbox for their reply??
I would wait till tomorrow morning and message them again for update
