Hi all,
I have been with public for a long time my plan was 15/month for just texting and calling. My credit card details changed so my service was gone for a few days then i logged into the account and it wanted me to change my subscription and pay the extra money. I saw another post that to try it in icognitio browser but looks like it was too late after me paying. My service is back up and running but i was hoping to get my plan back.

Once you change plans, unforunately, you are unable to change back. $15 was a grandfathered plan and is not available. You could try to contact customer service agent, but from past experience, they were not able to change back for other customers.
