Credit Card expired

Daniel_Soto

I got an SMS saying my credit card expired, but it's still valid until end of 2025. I changed credit cards under my payments but it hasn't solved the issue. Anyone have the expertise on how to proceed in order to solve this issue?

Regards,

Daniel

Anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. When busy longer.

Make sure you check your avatar and click messages.

@Daniel_Soto  if an agent hasn't gotten back to you yet and your phone isnt working,  you would also need to pay now and resume services.  By changing the card number you it should take effect for next renewal,  not today.

Mind you, if it's not expired yet, it should not have failed.

There should be a pay now and resume services button.

If it's still not working, you might have to go out and purchase a Public Mobile voucher from a gas station or Shoppers and load to account. Or some people purchase top up online if they are not able to go out.
