I can't send an email to create a ticket with an error message.
I seem no issues with my message..

I tried to copied all the text into Notepad and pasted it.. it seems to work. Thanks for your help!

@jkcg Can you refresh or close the page and start again? Sometimes some residual offending html remains if it was too close to the typed text and didn't get sufficiently wiped when you started over.

I copied security questions from CS agent message and answered to it (there is no link). I tried to wrote a new message without coping it, but still the same...

paste as text usually work. Make sure you have no link, no paste from other sources (better to type it out or if youbreally need to paste, use paste as text again ), and try to not use any special format, no BOLD , no colour or so

@jkcg Whenever I've gotten this error it's related to a link in my message. It's usually corrected automatically and I just click send a 2nd time to send the message. Alternatively you can cut your message, paste it into notepad and copy that text back into message body and send it.

@jkcg Did you copy and paste something from another web page, or include links? If so you need to remove them and re-type the message without.

This is a website issue. It can happen when there are websites linked to in the message. Even if there aren't any website links, please try changing some of the messages before trying to send it again.

Did you click on your avatar top right then Messages>Pen/paper icon then address to CS_Agent?

@jkcg Maybe log out for half hour log back in and try submitting one again . I’ve had that happen to me before to and just end up waiting little bit of time and it works
