Couldn’t find old Subscription

Hi, this is my son’s phone. His previous mobile plan was $19, 1GB data. Because he is going to the US for March break training, I just changed it to a $29, 10GB CA-US plan, but I only want to buy it for one month.  Now I am going to chang it back to the $19 plan for next month but I can't find the that plan in the subscription, only the more expensive plan. What should I do? Thank you!

How to solve this?

You can always ask off course. Many have tried unsuccessfully 😞. They are very strict now.

sorry PM support won't help to change to plans no on your Change Subscription page

It's not about the price. It's hard for a boy this age to control his data time. I want to switch back to the original plan because it only has 1GB of data. Can I contact Moderator to solve it? Thanks!

@JZJZ  Unfortunately PM has made it very difficult to jump back down in plan price to anything cheaper than currently subscribed to.  You can either port out to another carrier, and then bac in to keep the phone number, and then ALL plans will be offered as a "new" subscriber. OR you can try your luck at appealing the oversight with a CS-Agent using this link : https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Sorry @JZJZ , it is now harder to change to a cheaper plan.  It is not like you cannot downgrade, but the downgrade option is now limited

not all plans are available to everyone now.  The $19 plan is now pretty much just new activation only, or only those on $15 or $13 can see it.
