Hello,
I am new here and would like to get some help. I tried accessing my account profile in the PM app but it always asks me to select subscription plan. My plan was already activated by the company agent and all I need is to see the balance and manage my plan. Please help me how can I see my account profile in the PM app. Thanks.

@Sopheap such error indicates that the Eversafe id is not properly tied with your My Account, please message support and they can fix that easily for you:
