I partially set up an account for my mom, but she didn’t have a SIM card at the time, so we logged out. We were able to log back in, but when I hit the button to continue the set-up process, it redirected back to the login page. How do I get it to move on? (When I re-entered the same password that just worked, it then said it was incorrect.)

please download the app and use the app to finish the activation
if still cannot login, please submit ticket with cs agent and they can complete it for you

@mlaurenw did you try to use to app to complete the activation?
