I subscribed but no SMS to enter in contest

@V25   This is frastrating when you try to create ticket, it ask again same thing are you subscriber log in etc

Use the second option @hTideGnow gave you, which is to send support a private message.  You just need to be logged in to this community and type your question on a pre-addressed form and then hit send, no questions.  Here it is again

if you joined after the contest was announced (March 11, 2025) and not getting the sms, ask PM support agent,  submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit  ticket by direct message:
