I signed up for this new subscription, 5G, 20 gig, over a month ago and still not updated

HI @DMP85 

it could be just a browser cache problem.  Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in).  After you logged in , check the current Plan details to see if you are already on the new plan.  Also check Change Subscription page to see if there is a scheduled plan change on next renewal.

 

if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

Did you port your old number to PM or did you pick a new number?

Currently there are no 20gb plan. The Mexico contest are for new members but there are invites for existing members.
