@Trapper11 - Does it still show on the old iPhone with all of your contacts? The SIM card can hold a little bit of contacts but not all of them.
If it doesn't show up on the new iPhone either 1 of 2 things might've been done
Try one of two things without losing data at all
1. Go into 'Contacts' app on the old iPhone
2. Go to 'Lists' if not, just select all of your contacts from your old phone
3. Hold on 'All Contacts'
4. Click 'Export'
5. Click whatever you want to transfer, or make it identical. Then press ''Done''
Then AirDrop it to your new iPhone and you are ready to go!

Apple usually makes it very easy to transfer all your information from your old iPhone to new iPhone. Did you reset your old iPhone yet?
With your new iPhone, if completely factory reset, should offer you the option to transfer information from another ipHone. Just need to choose that option and bring both phone physically close together and the transfer of information is all automatically done.

Hi on an iPhone your contacts are not stored on the SIM card they should be on your iCloud backup of your old phone. You will have to sign in to your apple account and restore them to your new phone. Or do it manually. Hope this helps

@Trapper11 this is an iPhone setup issue and not PM service problem. Go back to the old iPhone and turn on iCloud sync and sync it. Then on the new phone, turn on iCloud sync and sync the contact back down on the new phone
