My alternative phone number provided on my account (My mothers) because I don't use two phones personally has been getting calls from public mobile and I haven't been able to get a hold of them due to the lack of service provided to it's customers. Looks like this is the place to do it.
Issue is with porting over my old phone number from Rogers - For the first while the phone number was working fine with no issues but now I have a new random crap number and can't get a hold of anyone at Public Mobile to resolve the issue *Very frustrating*
What do I do?

@Skylar93 Here's a link to contact moderators via SIMon, if you want to transfer another number, type "Port Request" and follow the prompts: https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/

contact the moderators. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue.
Good Luck
