I just contact Bell Mobility to transfer my number to Public mobile. The agent said I need to contact public mobile to port my number. How do I contact public mobile?

@ANHLELAN - the provider you are moving to should take care of the details of completing the port over.
Check to see if your number can be ported from this Koodo website (Telus owns Koodo and Public Mobile), so, same allowances here:
https://secure.koodomobile.com/checktransfereligibilityparrot/default.do?lang=en&appname=otherportal
Online SIM activation pages here, once you obtain a Public Mobile SIM card:
https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/portal/activation
See helpful info. here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/port-fraud-protection

Seems that the Bell agent didn’t go into detail of how to port your number over to PM.
You don’t need to contact a CS_Agent when you port your number over to PM unless you missed any of the self activation of the SIM.
Here is what you need to do:
1. Bell account must be activate
2. Purchase a PM SIM (for fast shipping and on sale at Canadian Cell Supplies online)
3. Activate the SIM online with your Bell account number
4. Leave your Bell SIM in your phone and reply to confirm with YES you are porting over to PM…there is a 90 minute window.
5. Once confirmed, power off your phone and swap the SIM.
6. Power on your phone and welcome to PM.

@ANHLELAN to add to above advice you need your bell account to be active and in good standing, you must leave your bell sim in your phone so as to receive text asking for permission to port your number you must reply yes within 90 minutes for port to occur
