I am trying to change my base plan, but it keeps saying something went wrong and forcing me back to the homepage, is anyone else facing this issue.

I did not experience such behaviour when I tried to log in right now.

No problem here (out west). Maybe try a different web browser. I'm using Firefox and seems ok.
Chrome is working fine, give the site a minute and see what happens.
It worked now.
