Port number didn’t complete can’t log in to get help

I switched from Bell to Public Mobile. The transfer automatically put in the new esim information in my phone cause me to lose connection to my Bell service. The transfer didn’t totally complete. Bell needs to send a text for verification to complete the switch, but since the esim overwrote and the switch wasn’t complete, I neither have access to old or new service. The only way to get answers or request support is by logging into my Public Mobile account, but to be able to log in, Public Mobile wants to send a text message to my phone, which I can’t get because the transfer didn’t actually complete and I don’t have service. There is no number to call to get help, no physical stores to go to get help, I have spent 5 hours searching and finally some how got here. Can I PLEASE get some help!

@Hannahtjmom - Please contact Bell Live chat first for verbal approval and use the porting number on another phone.

PM sim is esim?
what you can do is to first "disable", but NOT delete, the PM sim card first (if iPhone, disable the option "Turn on this line"). Then make sure Bell sim is enabled and reboot the phone. Your Bell sim should start working and you would be able to get the text and reply
