Wifi or mobile data?
if it is Wifi, PM support agent cannot help with the ticket. It is a device issue
if it is data issue, try reset all networks on your phone
if it is just a 2FA code, try to click "Unable to receive code" and then "Send email"
if no email option, please have PM agent to help, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

@CliffeJ Do you see option for “ didn’t get code “ tap it and see if that gives you option to send code to email instead . If still no luck you can submit ticket with support to help you gain access to your account
