Confirmation was given from a friend that I’d referred and they are actively still using Public

I have yet to receive any dollar off since their activation in January. Help I’d like to open an investigation and provide my friends telephone number.

@ChildrenCanCall   did you ask if your friend ever go the $10 referral bonus added to his account as a credit in January?

 

Usually, it is the one who got referred to open ticket with PM support for investigation.  I suggest you ask your friend to help you with that:

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

Correction, it is my referal that initiated agreement with Public Mobile in January, he is from the Ukraine and was unhappy with public mobile and my referal over the second month However, he has stayed on as a client with public mobile to date. Please assist, because there is no reason the rewards have not shown or been awarded to my account.

No no, my friend and referal has confirmed receipt of the initial $10 off there first bill. It is no in my ballpark yo request that I do receive the $1point off each month since my referal has been a client of public mobile. Yes I'd like a ticket to open investigation with the information I will provide.

If you actived your SIM on January 25/22 or later then you are in the new Points system and will receive 1 point rather than $1 monthly credit. You will receive 5% of your total monthly bill in points and once you have 15 points, you can redeem it for $15 credit towards your monthly bill.

Your friend needs to contact Public Mobile by opening a ticket to ask a customer support agent to look into this.  That's done through the chatbot at:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
