I believe someone will eventually ask, so I'll put this out there.
The DBC part listed in your account is considered part of Freedom Mobile account numbers. Don't forget to include it, or your porting request will likely be rejected at the Freedom end.
The account number can be simplly copy and pasted from your Freedom online account. This, compared to manually typing it in, will help to minimize errors.
Also, if you use your Freedom Mobile account number for porting verification, there is no need to use Freedom PIN or IMEI. In fact, including more information can only make things worse and the port more likely to fail.
