if you are in Manitoba around Ste Theresa Point, Manitoba, there is currently an active outage due to power issue.

Does SMS texting work?
Try rebooting device, resetting network connections, and toggling airplane mode on/off.
When you dial 611, does it state service is active or suspended?
You may need to pay to get another cycle?
Could also be network outage in your area?
