The Community Reward
How does it work?
Based on your level of involvement with our Community, you can earn up to $20 every 30 days. The amount you are rewarded depends on your contribution level relative to overall contribution, which can change month to month even if you contribute very consistently. You can only ever qualify for one (1) Community Reward in a 30-day period, and you must act in accordance with Community Terms of Service at all times. You can read our Community Terms of Service here.
The following table shows how Community Rewards are allocated:
Who Can Earn Rewards?
To be eligible to earn Rewards, you must have:
1. A Rewards-eligible plan:
2. An active account:
Considerations for Rewards-ineligible Customers
Customers who are on a Legacy / Pioneer or 10-day plan not eligible for Rewards. If you are a Legacy / Pioneer customer and switch to a Rewards-eligible plan, please note:
How many Rewards can I earn?
You can earn up to your current plan value in Rewards, reducing it to $0. Once you reach the value of your plan, you will not be able to accumulate any further Rewards in that plan period, and you will not be able to save Rewards and apply them to future months.
Here’s an example of how you could get your plan down to $0:
You will earn $5 in Loyalty Rewards + $2 in AutoPay Rewards + $2 Community Rewards + 36 referrals at $1/30 days. That’s $45 in total Rewards, and a sweet $0 plan!
When are Rewards applied to my account?
Here are some things you should keep in mind about our Rewards program:
How do I know when I've earned Rewards?
Whenever a reward has been successfully applied to your account, we will send you a text message to let you know. To check the Rewards you’ve earned, log in to Self-Serve and check the ‘My Rewards’ section in the Overview Tab. You can also select the ‘My Rewards’ button and see all the Rewards you’ve earned since joining Public Mobile.
Below is an example of what you would see from the Overview tab, for a customer who has been with Public less than 1 year, and has no referrals:
Below is an example of what the ‘My Rewards’ section looks like, for the same account:

If you're talking about the refer-a-friend rewards, then yes. Long as their plan stays active, you get a reward....nice eh !

Are all unlimitted talk plans elligible? I'm seeking to refer my aunt and Mum to Public.

@It's generally kinda helpful to indicate who you're replying to by way of the Quote function or @tagging or simply the username. Otherwise ...um...who or what post are you referring to?

Table Outline of Reward Levels & Earnings & Badges:
With regard to this reply your answer is slightly wrong as you mention that 25% & 50% contribution levels receive $6 & $4 when in actuality, the Table Outline refers to a top 25% contribution level earning $2 & a top 50% contribution level earning $1.

Everything counts towards it. Just be active and helpful and you’ll be good. Of course the more active you are you could assume the rewards would be higher.

Thanks for listing it down for us to have a better understanding.
However, it did not state how to clock the points ($) and it seem like it is not work by the number of replies you answer...
Do you need to get a BRAVO or something in order to get $$? It will helps new members to have a better understanding how the reward system works.
Thank you PM, Keep up the GOOD WORK!!!

@Wongster94 it has, but no worries. The answer is no. Every renewal cycle (so every 30 days if you're on a 30 day plan or every 90 days if you're on a 90 day plan), the system gets funds to pay for the renewal in this order:
1) Any rewards you have received since the last renewal (if any)
2) Any "Available Funds" balance you may (but probably don't) have (if any)
3) If you have AutoPay enabled, it debits your credit card on file for [your plan cost - #1 and #2 above] + your applicable sales tax.

It's based on helping other customers in the community.Help people solve problems, get Bravo's and get rewarded, pay it forward and encourage others to join Public Mobile, they will save money and you will too.Cheers

The secret sauce is a secret known only to the powers that be. Just participate however much you like and things will happen. It's monthly.
Bravo posts. Write posts that might garner a Bravo. Write posts that end up being the actual solution. Give solutions to answers to your questions.
It would be bad form to give yourself a solution though.
Welcome by the way.

@milomilo that has nothing to do with community rewards. I'd suggest you start a new thread in Plans & Add-ons or Discussions area to get better visibility rather than replying to this non-relevant thread.

Never post your phone number in a public moderator.Contact a moderator in the public mobile community, they will help solve your problem, cheers.

@flakkyk two things: first of all, please do NOT post your phone number or account number in the community. Please edit your post to remove that.
Secondly, you posted to a totally unrelated thread which isn't a great idea, but here's how to contact the moderator team to help you get access to your account:
How can you get help with your account, activation, or service?
In your message please include:
Don't know your pin?--provide any 3 of the following:
How long until they reply?:
How can I view my private messages between myself and a Community Moderator?

@@goldfire@You just started. Ask question post infomative and helpful replies, give and receive Bravo's. Get replies accepted as solutions and mark posts as a solution when applicable. The rest is up to the secret sauce formula.
