The Community Reward
How does it work?
Based on your level of involvement with our Community, you can earn up to $20 every 30 days. The amount you are rewarded depends on your contribution level relative to overall contribution, which can change month to month even if you contribute very consistently. You can only ever qualify for one (1) Community Reward in a 30-day period, and you must act in accordance with Community Terms of Service at all times. You can read our Community Terms of Service here.
The following table shows how Community Rewards are allocated:
Who Can Earn Rewards?
To be eligible to earn Rewards, you must have:
1. A Rewards-eligible plan:
2. An active account:
Considerations for Rewards-ineligible Customers
Customers who are on a Legacy / Pioneer or 10-day plan not eligible for Rewards. If you are a Legacy / Pioneer customer and switch to a Rewards-eligible plan, please note:
How many Rewards can I earn?
You can earn up to your current plan value in Rewards, reducing it to $0. Once you reach the value of your plan, you will not be able to accumulate any further Rewards in that plan period, and you will not be able to save Rewards and apply them to future months.
Here’s an example of how you could get your plan down to $0:
You will earn $5 in Loyalty Rewards + $2 in AutoPay Rewards + $2 Community Rewards + 36 referrals at $1/30 days. That’s $45 in total Rewards, and a sweet $0 plan!
When are Rewards applied to my account?
Here are some things you should keep in mind about our Rewards program:
How do I know when I've earned Rewards?
Whenever a reward has been successfully applied to your account, we will send you a text message to let you know. To check the Rewards you’ve earned, log in to Self-Serve and check the ‘My Rewards’ section in the Overview Tab. You can also select the ‘My Rewards’ button and see all the Rewards you’ve earned since joining Public Mobile.
Below is an example of what you would see from the Overview tab, for a customer who has been with Public less than 1 year, and has no referrals:
Below is an example of what the ‘My Rewards’ section looks like, for the same account:

You are eligible for Community rewards if that's what you mean to ask.

Oh cool, I was just poking around in self-serve and see I've earned a $4 community reward. And now that I finally figured out how to add my credit card, I can sign up for Auto Pay for even more rewards. What a great perk for PM customers!

Thx Martin, but that doesn't give me the ranking info right? Just badges, # of bravos etc...

homer,
Anyone can obtain information regarding any member's number and type of badges.
All that is required, at least from the mobile version which I always use, is to click a poster's username. That will bring you to the user's profile. Long-press the username, and the full/computer version will partially open. Click the link that states the number of badges that the user has. That will result in a full display of which badges were earned, and when.
No personal identifiers are displayed; the above is therefore not a breach of security.
I hope that this has answered your question.

How do I know my monthly contribution ranking?
09-07-2015 05:56 PM
@NDesai, Top 50% or 25% is for those who contributed and received bravos as well as offering solutions, and the more one contributes, the more one can possibly save
The 25% receive $6 I believe, then the next highest tier receives $4, and so on. This should not always be about saving $$$$$, iT SHOULD MOSTLY BE ABOUT GIVING, HELPING, ASSISTING PPL IN NEED, that's the true reward. $$$, that's not always the right picture

Can anyone explain what exactly Top 50% or 25% mean?
If i get this community reward, can it be used to get discount off rewal price? Or do i hve to keep building it up to total renewal price?

@micro-g
As of right now that's how the rewards are set up, they are applied as a credit after your bill cycle;
to date I have received the BETA activation twice, and two rewards credits for community contribution.
So my monthly payments have remained the same but I have accumulated $26 in credits, in theory once I accumulate enough credits to compensate the cost of my plan (I'm on the $45 Province Wide Talk + Text with 1GB) I would be able to use them to pay for 1 month of service.

I have a question regarding the community rewards and auto pay rewards!
I am with public mobile since two months and received community as well as auto pay rewards on my account. strangely pm still dedcuted the full monthly amount from my credit card this month rather than having applied the $8 rewards credit i have in my account! Can anyone explain this?
cheers and thx for your help folks!
