Community Posts all listed as UNREAD

All my Community posts are listed as UNREAD now, no matter if I have opened them or not. Has anyone found a setting to turn this on or off anywhere?

And before you tell me to do this, I have already asked CSA about it; hopefully they added it to a 'to do' list.

@esjliv   i was wondering, both you and @hairbag1 was having issue with the rewards/badges, was that related.  Maybe Community software was not able to "find" you two with the automated process.  I had no issue, as my account was fixed before the rewards payout time.. 

Yes I understand that @softech , that's why I said you are right.🙂

@esjliv the tagging is an issue when hairbag1 is not already in a post (so, if @hairbag1 already replied on a post, tag would work, but if not, it won't)

 

@hairbag1 yeah @softech is right...even though @Handy1 can tag hairbag1 in this post....but the question is can u go to your inbox and start a private message to them? You can't. So there are still issues somewhere. 

If u go to the below link you will not find hairbag1 as a listed user:

@J_PM thanks for the post. Glitches plural?

Are you referring to just the all posts showing as UNREAD issue? 

Or additional glitches, such as tagging other members and My Profile missing under one's Avatar...others you are referring to?

Hey Everyone - we are working through these glitches with our platform technical team. We will reach out to impacted users with further updates as they become available. 

@hairbag1   we still cannot tag you on a post that you are not there

you sure your profile has nothing else wrong?  

@esjliv  and myself had some issues, bravo notifications not working and My Profile not on our Avatar, and the tagging on posts that we  were not there already won't work.   PM refreshed our profile and then issues were resolved.  Maybe you need to open ticket with support to have your Community profile refreshed too?

we're able to tag your username now. Should be good now until the next "upgrade".    😎

@Handy1 yes, I was just confirming you also see all UNREAD under the Support section too (and not just your profile section). 🙂

And YES, as of this morning my bravos are showing in my bell icon again, AND also I see MY PROFILE listed under my Avatar (in desktop/laptop) @softech   🙂

@esjliv  i don't see any Read or Unread on that page. Every post showing there the same for me

@softech - log out and back in didn't help. And different browsers are the same.

I’ve noticed this since the new launch of the website and app. Couldn’t find it in the settings.
