Coming back to Public Mobile, need help please.

Hey everyone, I ported my number out sometime in September or so and I wanted to come back.  I bought a SIM card already, but when I try to log in it says: 

 

Sorry ,your login has been disabled. Please visit the online Community at publicmobile.ca/community for assistance.

 

Do I need to make a new account or can something be done here?

Yes, you must begin as if you were never here. It is safest to take a new number until your PM account is operating properly and then port-in your number. Do not cancel your old account; that will happen automatically once the transfer completes.

@BitflipherYes you need to create a new account with a new email. That is the only way.

 

It's one account per number.
