Ok new question for the group
Scenario is this:
I now have 1 grandfather plan from 2 years ago + 1 brand new plan activated tonight
It created a second account at time of activation though...
Is there a way to combine accounts? (eg I want to see my existing 2 phone numbers under same online account number)

Unfortunately, PM only allows one account per sim, phone#, and email.

Haver 2 accounts/ line and I wish I could manage both under the same profile, its high time Public address this given an array of technology available to do so

@kav2001c Great question!
Simply put, every active phone needs to have a different account, which you setup at the time of activation. We don't offer family accounts or linked accounts, so to speak, where you can connect all of them to one self serve account.
That said, if you think this is something we should consider, then take a look at the Public Lab. The Lab is where we let the Community co-decide what improvements we should work on - maybe worth suggesting your idea, and others
