No really particular place for these codes... Redflagdeal? facebook? Sometimes phone dealer. PM is not that generous with discount codes.If you have service with PM occasionally you might receive promo SMS.

currently there is no discount/promote code
only code you can get is a friend referral code which give you a $10 credit after you subscribe
