Hi, I have yet to receive the 1 gig data bonus offered at Christmas. You had to reply YES to Public Mobile's text to get the offer. Any suggestions?

@happy4adeal did you check your MY Account's My Data & Add-ons? you should see 2 lines like these:
2GB one-time data bonus
500 one-time Int'l LD bonus
But if you really never got it, you can try to open a ticket with PM. It might be too late, but you can try. Provide a pictures to show them you did reply the text. (sorry, if you didn't reply the text, then you won't get it)

**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply and work with you via messaging there

@happy4adeal - are you sure?? Have you been checking your Self Serve account all December and early January?
If you know definitely, then ask CSA about it. But it is going on 6 weeks now, where it should have been inquired about then...
