If I cannot find my town when activating my SIM, is there any other way to get my towns prefex for my phone number?

It is possible the city that you are looking for will be under South or North
Hope this helps win 10

Somtimes, rate centres can go by different names. Which town is this?

You could ask the Public Mobile Moderators about this and hopefully they can assign the prefix you are looking for.
Modearators can definitely look this information up, but they do not necessarily know which towns and cities have equivalent or simiilar local calling areas. Remember that moderators could be located anywhere and might not be faimialr with a specific area. Also, moderators cannot change the city/town that a group of phone numbers is assigned to.

Hello @Lyndsey ,
You could ask the Public Mobile Moderators about this and hopefully they can assign the prefix you are looking for.
To contact the Public Mobile Moderator_Team, there are two ways to reach them:
1-Click the question mark on the bottom right hand side of your screen to talk to SIMon the chat bot or link: https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ (if after clicking this you get an option to: Ignore OR Go to PublicMobile.ca – HIT THE “Ignore” option)
OR
2-Contact the Moderator_Team via private message using this link:

The problem is that no where but my town has the prefex I need in the area code I live. Is there any way to get it?

Try putting in another town near you.
