Community members on this forum are customers like yourself. You might want to explain your situation more clearly. so we can offer proper advice.

FYI I combined both of your posts since they are similar.

@hairbag1   The OP's phone is lost, I assume with the old sim in it.  This was in yesterday's thread where I also explained how to go about updating the sim in the account (maybe not in enough detail)

OK...why do you want to change sim cards ? They usually are very robust and if left in the phone should last forever. Did your old account expire ? Why do you think you need a new sim ?

added....did you lose your cell and now have a new cell ? If so, download the Public Mobile app to the new cell.  Then log in to your account > Account tab...scroll down to see Change Your Sim Number. .."enter your new 19 digit SIM number".  Once you've done that, install the new sim in new cellphone...you should be good after thats all done.

If you have an old SIM card and it was used, it no longer works. That SIM card is now dead. You'd need to purchase a new one. SIM cards with Public Mobile can not be reused.

As per yesterday's post, I and many others already shared with you on how to get a new SIM card.

If you meant change to a new sim card, buy a new PM sim from Telus or Koodo store or from Amazon, then login My Account to update it in the Profile page

You can order a PM SIM from Canadian Cell Supplies for $4. You can arrange for pick if you in the Mississauga/Oakville area.

Remember to download the PM app when activating your new SIM.

Candian Cell Supplies is not an authorized seller of Public Mobile products.

Hello @Dicko68

To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/pick-up-SIM - Find a local store in your area.

Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99

Then log into your account here, and change the SIM card number.

https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/profile/change-sim-number

If you're unable to get into your account to change the number, you can contact a CS Agent to help you.

The Public Mobile chatbot is currently unable to create trackable tickets for members who are unable to log in. So for this reason, please use the following link to contact them.

A Customer Service Agent will reply to your community inbox here:

During business hours (9 AM-10 PM EST) you can expect a response within 30 minutes, but it may be longer depending on current volumes.

@Dicko68   It's very rare for a sim card not to work, why do you want to change it?    Oh on re-reading I think you mean your phone is lost, not last?  You would need to get a new sim card, log in to your account (use "didn't get the code" to get it by email), then input the new sim card number.
