It's saying 7b1 my phone is not activated on the network I have tried everything reset network removed chip
I can text receive calls but can't send out

Did you recently ported over to PM or are you a longtime member?
If you just ported over from another carrier then porting was not completed. You need to contact a CS_Agent if this is the case.
