I’m unable to use ChatGPT Voice Mode when connected to Public Mobile cellular data. The voice session never connects and remains stuck on the loading screen. Voice Mode works normally when connected to Wi-Fi and also works when connected through hotspot with other carriers. Regular text chat works normally on Public Mobile cellular data. I’ve tested both LTE and 5G, reinstalled the ChatGPT app, signed out and back in, and verified all app permissions. The issue appears to be specific to the Public Mobile cellular connection. Could you please investigate whether there is a network, routing, or configuration issue affecting real-time voice connections?

honest it sounds like an issue in ChatGPT side, check with them
but at the same time, open ticket with PM support

We are all customers like you. Nobody from Public Mobile here.
There is one work around. Use a VPN. If that option isn't available, then contact customer service to let them know CHATGPT isn't working. They should know how to fix the issue.
