Unfortunately, there is no live chat feature with an agent. You will either need to submit a ticket or directly private message customer service agent. It will usually take a few hours to respond to your ticket or message.
Is there any specific questions that the community forum members can answer? We are customers like yourself but can provide helpful advice and suggestions. Your situation may not need direct CSA involvement.
