Charged twice?

It appears as though I was charged twice this billing period. I just switched from a $40 plan to the $30 plan (was set to switch at renewal). So my account balance should be $28 after renewing for the $30 plan with 2 friend referals.

Hi, It does appear that you were charged twice for the plan then twice for the data. Individually listing plan and data is the way they do it. However it appears they credited you for the data giving back $20 but not the $10 for the plan. Can you go back farther in your payment history to see your balance prior to the reward being added, normally the balance showing on the line where the reward is includes the reward.

In the meantime send a message to the MODs about the 2 x $10 plan charge. From what I see you balance should be $26 if I am correct about the reward.
