I was charged twice this month, not sure how to fix this also really confused about the help line offered, seems to be a very confusing system that purposely makes it hard for people to get help! can someone let me know how to reach an actual Public employee???

Have you confirmed with your bank or credit card company that it is in fact double charge? Sometimes "Pending" charges show up and look like a double charge. I would 100% confirm with them first it is for sure a double charge. And if it is, then please create a ticket to get either a refund or a credit to your account.
