You should relly start a new thread as this one is several weeks old. If you want to start a new one, you'll have more people looking at it...better chance for resolution.

How long ago was this?
You will need the moderator to do that for you though.
Send ONE (1) private message to them here and you'll get a reply with a form back to fill out identifying information.
Depending on your notification settings, you would get an email notifying you of this reply. Don't reply to the email. Get back here and see a red blob over the little envelope in the upper right of your screen and click on it to see the message.
Then after the verification hopefully they will get back to you as soon as they can between M-F 8am-00 (ET) and Sat-Sun 8am-10pm (ET). But it could be up to a couple days.

@sdnbrk did you maybe first reactivate and then make a plan change and apply it immediately?

In this case , it is important to contcat with the Moderator (Mod). They may ask you for your phone number and other stuff which is okay. Just make sure that your texting only the Moderator and not posting your private information on the public page.

Hello @sdnbrk,
I'm sorry to hear about this,
Can you please send me a private message with your Public Mobile phone number?
Thanks,

@sdnbrk PM is a prepaid service, so if you paid for some time and then decided to change mid term, then you technically lose whatever you had prepaid. Just a reality of using a prepaid provider, as awesome as PM is still.
I could be misunderstanding your issue, but either way, best to get in contact iwth a moderator. Send them a private message with yoru account details and they can take a look.
