I was indeed charged twice through auto -pay on the same day , double charged a week ago! Been trying to submit a ticket everyday, when I go to submit a ticket to try to talk to a real person it says " this service is unavailable" feeling scammed ! How the heck do I talk to anyone who actually works there?

Are you seeing the double charge posted on your CC statement?
If you are reviewing the charges on your online account.
Your monthly payment history is broken up in two parts .
The first one is indicating your current Purchased 30 day plan.
The second one is the Automatic Top-up (30 days monthly) charges less any Rewards you may have accumulated plus taxes.

there's no phone support here. You need to send a mess age to CSA for their help. Alternative is to just leave extra payment and your next renewal will come outta that $$.
