Charged twice, don't know how to get a hold of anybody

I was charged twice for my phone bill and I can't figure out how to get in contact with somebody other than a bot.

hi @Briena my personal experience earlier this week as like within  3 hours and my issued was settled.

Hi there!

Yes, I have been checking my inbox. I submitted a ticket and then messaged twice (messaging the second time was an accident not realizing my first message went through). I have been checking my inbox on the Public Mobile site here periodically to see if there is a new reply. Along with the ticket I first submitted, I went back yesterday to add more details like the site was asking me to do. I'm almost 24 hours in with this forum being the only place I'm get replies. When I first submitted my ticket, the chat bot told me it's usually 30 minutes before I would see a reply.

Will I see the credit on my account? If so, how long?

The once pending charges (one on December 30th, 2023, and the second one December 31st, 2023) both went through on January 2nd, 2024.

It hurts being charged twice but I'm willing to accept it as long as the second charge will act as a credit towards my next bill. Thank you!

If both charges are posted then one will go to pay for the current month bill and the other charge will remain in your account as a credit to pay for next month bill.

You can contact a CS_Agent for a refund but it may take up to 30 days to process…same time as your next month bill.

Both charges are NO LONGER PENDING. Both charges WENT THROUGH.

@Briena  Is one charge just pending .or both charges posted ? If both posted submit ticket with support using than direct link

some charges are actuallu just PENDING. Check with your bank to see if you were charged X 2.
