I am trying to update my credit card information cause my other card expired, but when I login to self-serve, I arrive at a page that says 'Let's complete your activation'. I already have an account, I'm just trying to update my credit card info. I tried proceeding with the activation process and entered my sim number but it says it's invalid.

@Karl123 You may need to wait 24 hours before trying again with new browser or different device can also try the app instead . If in hurry to make payment consider payment voucher and load *611 . If you still have no luck please submit ticket with support to help

if you have been getting active service, which you are, that error usually means the Eversafe system unable to find your My Account
