You Chose to change now. You should not have you should have chosen to change on renewal. You can try and open a ticket and ask if they will do anything but they almost never give a refund

did you use Change Now option to make an immediate plan change? If you did, that is the expected behavior. PM is prepaid provider and would not provide partial refund if you make plan change before midway through a cycle. You should have use Change on Renewal option to schedule a plan change instead
