Charged my card but didn’t add U.S roaming to account

Hi,

I added U.S roaming for talk and text for 15 days for $15. 
I saw that my card was charged but I don’t see it was added to my account.

I tried calling out but it doesn’t go through. The texting does go through, it’s strange.

Is there a way for you to still add it but not to charge me again for it.

( I was charged on March 17 2023)

I really need to call people, if you can please fix this ASAP.

Calling in the US with the Public Mobile roaming add-on can be problematic.

This is due to the decommissioning of the 3G network in the USA.

Ensure you are connected to the T-Mobile network and force your phone to 2G mode, if it has it, for calling.
