About 2 weeks ago, I decided I want to upgrade my plan for the upcoming month, that would start on August 3rd.
Well on the 2nd I got charged the correct amount for the new plan, but my dashboard is showing that I'm still on the $15 plan despite being charged almost triple that amount

Did you try to access portal with different browser?
In incognito mode? Refresh page few times? Use computer instead of phone to access PM?
