Hi, I was charged for a SIM card but I did not order one. I only had enough in my account for my phone bill. Please help me.

Nobody else in my house uses public mobile except me so no.

I've never heard of that happening while with Public Mobile. Is there someone else in your household could have ordered a new sim ?

hi @youbare existing subscriber and got charged a sim card for no reason? ask PM support to check
