Charged and did not receive service

I was charged 38.42 for 50gigs plan the money was taken off  my debit card I did not receive eSIM and it keeps asking me to pay again when I have already paid

@Minika  did you use the app to activate ? Not website you need the app to complete activation . 

also check your welcome email for the QR code and download the eSIM . Also check phone setting  ( sim manager see if it already installed and set PM eSIM to primary

if still no luck submit ticket with support
