@EllenB Its important to remember public mobile is prepaid so you dont owe for your services. As a result they can never charge you more money on your bill. You pay your bill....and get service. No surprise bills, no overages, no roaming charges, no text to landline, 411, ĺong distance, no extra charges unless you pay for it... the only thing that can carry over is an add on...you buy one it doesn't expire til you use the entire add on up. If it takes you 10 years to use the free holiday 400min international calling add on it stays there on your account as does the free holiday 1gb data add on.... its there til you use it all. Pubiic mobile you get exactly what you pay for...ahead of time.

PM is prepaid so there would be a charge for your first month when you activate a new account.
